Maintenance Electrician (Shift) Norfolk NR4 £52,000+ Location: Norfolk NR4 Salary:£52,000 per annum (basic salary plus shift allowance) Shifts: 7.5hr rotating shift pattern, days and nights About the Role Were currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician or Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4. Youll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician (Shift) Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems. Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements of the Maintenance Electrician (Shift) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment. Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills.
