CDM Principal Designer

A London based and diverse Construction Consultancy, who are well respected in the industry are looking for a CDM Principal Designer to take on Safety Design consultancy for their clients. This role will offer an ambitous CDM professional the chance to work on some very prestigous projects. The CDM Consultant will enjoy a greta work-life balance as they are only expected to travel to their picturesque office 1-2 times per week.

CDM Principal Designer

The Construction Consultancy has numerous offices, and the Principal Designer (CDM) will be able to work 3-4 times a week. There sectors they work within include Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage and Infrastructure to name a few.

CDM Principal Designer Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction required
• Tech IOSH minimum
• 2 years' experience within CDM Principal Design required
• APS (Preferable)
