Customer Service Advisor
13.30 per hour Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm 3 month temporary contract initially

We're working with an established business in Redhill, that is expanding it's team and looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.

The Role
- Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
- Provide clear, professional support and resolve issues promptly
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience
About You
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
