Junior Fabricator / Machinist (Full Training + Management Progression)
32,646 (Inclusive of Attendance Bonus + Shift Allowance) + Full Training into CNC Programming + Full Training into Management + Qualifications + Industry Training + Premium Overtime Opportunities + Early Friday Finish
Site Based: Commutable from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Clevedon, Bristol and Surrounding Areas
Are you a Junior Machinist, Welder, Fabricator, Setter, Operator or similar from any engineering / manufacturing background, looking for the rare opportunity to be fully trained into becoming a CNC Programmer whilst being the right-hand man to the manager, all with the aim of you taking the step upwards into a Leadership position?

Due to plans of quadrupling the scale of their production line, they are now looking to bring in the next generation of leaders into the business.
On offer is the rare opportunity for someone to take the next leap in their career within a rapidly expanding team where you will be responsible for, learning how to set, program and operate the companies machinery, receive further fabrication training as well as being put on development plans into becoming a future leader of the business.
This role would suit a Junior Machinist, Welder, Fabricator, Setter, Operator or similar from any engineering / manufacturing background or similar looking to be part of a massive project, allowing them to take the next step up in their career into leadership.
The Role:
Monday-Friday: Earlies and Late Shift + 10% Shift Allowance
Full Training into Machining and Fabricating
Leadership Training
