An innovative, fast-scaling payments provider that’s reshaping how businesses manage cross-border transactions are offering the opportunity for a Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering complex projects across their payment and FX infrastructure. The Role:
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Product, Tech, Compliance and Operations, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects related to payment rails, partner integrations, and regulatory change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full project lifecycle – from planning and scoping to execution and delivery
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables
- Manage dependencies, budgets, risk and change across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project documentation and ensure transparent reporting to senior leadership
- Champion Agile delivery methodologies while remaining adaptable to project needs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within the payments or fintech space (cross-border or FX experience highly advantageous)
- Solid understanding of payment systems, schemes, and regulatory environments (e.g. PSD2, FCA)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, ideally within a scaling organisation
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities with a solution-focused mindset
This is a hybrid role 2/3 days into the London office with a salary of £80-90k (which is flexible for the right candidate). The wider package includes bonus, pension, life cover and more.
