Your new company
Our client, a Civil contractor based in Aberdeenshire are looking for an IT and Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As an IT & Facilities coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and facilities. You'll work closely with various teams to maintain efficient processes and support day-to-day operations.

  • Provide technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
  • Assist in managing IT assets and licences.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Liaise with external vendors for facility-related services.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT and facilities-related activities.
  • Assist in drafting policies and procedures related to IT and facilities management.
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in IT support or facilities coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
