Job Description

Recognised as one of the UK's leading accountancy and advisory firms, our client is looking to appoint an Audit Partner to support the continued growth of its Scottish practice, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit leader to join a well-established and growing practice. You will work closely with clients and colleagues across the region, contributing to business development, strengthening market presence and helping to shape the future direction of the Scottish audit practice.

Your Role:

  • Lead and develop a substantial audit portfolio across Scotland.
  • Grow the firm's market presence through business development and relationship management.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to shape growth strategy.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and audit quality.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams across the Scottish practice.
  • Identify opportunities to provide clients with broader advisory and tax solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status.
  • Significant experience managing audit clients and leading teams.
  • Strong Scottish market network and business development credentials.
  • Track record of portfolio growth and client retention.
  • Strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
