We are currently mandated by a top US law firm who are looking to strengthen their antitrust offering in London through the addition of a mid-level associate. Recognised as a leading firm in this sector, they are characterised by their work across high-profile EC and CMA investigations as well as merger control aspects of major transactions. Their client based is broad, however they have particular expertise in technology, telco, consumer goods and manufacturing.

Key requirements:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualified experience.
• Excellent training at a top-tier firm.
• Demonstrable ability working alone or as part of a wider team.
• Very strong academic background.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working on major investigations and transactions.
