Due to continued success I am seeking for a Freight Forwarder to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis, About you Experience of working within freight forwarding Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Duties Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of freight transport. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for freight shipments and customs paperwork. Maintain accurate records of freight activities, costs, and performance metrics. Coordinate deliveries Monitor the status of freight to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
