Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Programme Leader Skills for Life for a Local Authority Client based in West London. In this role, you will lead and manage the Skills for Life programme, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery and maximising learner achievement and success within the Adult Learning & Skills Service. About the role: You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: Lead, manage, and develop the SfL (Skills for Life) programme area, ensuring alignment with service priorities and objectives. Support SfL curriculum planning and input courses onto the EBS system. Line manages an agreed number of established and sessional SfL teaching staff within the curriculum area. Monitor, assess, review, and record learners' progress and achievement. Provide pre-course, on-course information, advice, and assessment to support learners' progress and identify potential next steps. About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Must have a degree or an equivalent qualification at Level 4. A generic adult teaching/training qualification at Level 5 (e.g., DET/PGCE or equivalent). Comprehensive experience and understanding of adult learning, including experience with Ofsted inspection and quality frameworks. Experience implementing effective quality assurance and quality control frameworks. Experience using management information systems and other service intelligence tools.
