Head of Knowledge Management / Legal Knowledge Specialist - London Law Firm – Central London, WC2 / Hybrid - £100k+ (DoE) + benefits
We are on the hunt for an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join a fabulous law firm based in Central London on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and manage knowledge strategy and drive legal knowledge innovation and expertise sharing.
Managing a team of knowledge professionals, you will enhance the firm’s service to their clients through effective knowledge management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing and managing the firm’s knowledge management strategy
- Managing a diverse team of knowledge professionals
- Managing the implementation of AI, legal technology and other innovations in practice areas to increase efficiency and improve client service
- Helping practice leaders in terms of capturing and disseminating knowledge
- Creating and leading knowledge management projects
- Streamlining processes for all practice areas
- Collaborating with L&D to enhance legal knowledge training and development
- Developing client-centric knowledge tools
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in similar Knowledge Management, ideally within a law firm / legal practice
- Extensive experience leading knowledge management projects
- Strong understanding of the benefits of knowledge capture
- Strategic and business savvy mindset
- Good department leadership / management experience
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to deliver objectives
- Forward-thinking and innovative approach
- Experience with knowledge management software / platforms
