Page Personnel are working with a Housing Association in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Carlisle, who are looking to appoint a Financial Transactions Team Leader on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for line managing a team and ensuring processes are in place to deal with a high volume of transactionClient DetailsThe client is a social housing provider covering Cumbria and the North East of England. They offer standard housing options alongside independent living schemes, as well as supporting tenants with finances, rent and benefits applications.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Financial Transactions Team Leader include:Line managing the Transactional finance teamIdentifying and implementing improvements to systemsEnsuring all reconciliations are performed efficientlyOverseeing the KPIs for the transactional functionProfileThe successful Financial Transactions Team Leader should have:Experience working in a transactional finance roleAbility to support and lead a teamExperience dealing with high volume of transactionsExcellent communication skillsJob Offer£35,000 - £38,000 salaryHybrid working (2 days per week in the office)Flexible working hours22 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
