Retirement Housing Co-Ordinator

BDS are currently recruiting for a Retirement Housing Co-Ordinator in the CM14 area of Brentwood The post will be based at a retirement complex for older adults who live independently. We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service. 30 Hours a week Monday to Friday Temporary ongoing position with opportunity to become perm for the right person Salary- £14.26ph PAYE plus holiday pay / £17.79 UMB Main duties * Speaking with the residents daily * Signposting information on other services, in and around the area. * Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required, * Liaising with contractors Experience in a similar role is essential. You will have good PC skills, be approachable and have good organisation skills. An enhanced DBS will be required, issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service
