It's a great opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and other TAs, providing targeted interventions for Key Stage 1 students, including those with special educational needs. Application Requirements: • Previous experience working with Key Stage 1 students, particularly those with special educational needs or low attainment levels. • A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting the academic and emotional development of young learners. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. • Relevant qualifications or training in education, teaching assistance, or special educational needs (desirable but not essential). Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver targeted interventions for Key Stage 1 students who require additional support. • Implement strategies to engage and motivate low-achieving students, fostering a positive learning environment. • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
