Furniture Designer

Furniture Designer – Uckfield - £28k - £30k per annum plus company benefits Our client is an extremely well established and successful organisation based in the Uckfield area; due to continued growth and expansion they are now growing their team and looking to recruit an experienced Furniture Designer. Key Responsibilities for the Furniture Designer role: * Designing products on Imos CAD/CAM system from client specifications * Modelling components on AutoCAD * Producing drawings from models using AutoCAD tools * Producing costings from models * Producing manufacturing data from CAD * Thoroughly checking all work at every stage * Liaising with clients to co-ordinate design / installation including other trades etc Experience required for the Furniture Designer role: * Minimum 2 years design experience in a manufacturing environment * AutoCAD proficiency * Be career minded * An excellent team player Full training available where required Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Keywords – designer, designer, design, CAD Designer, CAD, CAM Designer, furniture, design, designer, furniture designer, furniture design, designer, CAD, CAD Design, designer, Imos, Autocad, CAD, Imos, Imos CAD, manufacturing, manufacturer, models, furniture, retail, AlphaCAM CAM system, AutoCAD, designer, AlphaCAM, Uckfield, East Sussex
