Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant/Engineer to join a leading financial institution in London for a 6-month project. This role involves collaborating closely with finance SMEs and the technical teams to implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance SMEs to define EPM requirements and work with systems integrators to create technical specifications.
• Advise on the feasibility of technical designs, highlighting gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the technical expert for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting modules.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Support data integration efforts, ensuring data accuracy between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems.
• Assist with the migration of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with Oracle Support.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the Bank’s EPM processes and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oracle EPM consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.
• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• Exposure to EPM Data Integration, Data Management, and Business Rules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desirable:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
