Personal care needed - occasional shift basis in Cambridge for a disabled woman

I am looking for a carer/PA to assist with daily tasks (4 hours per day) when my current carer is off sick or on holiday.

I am a young person in my 20s. I live with several complex long-term health conditions (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, PoTS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Gastroparesis). I’m a friendly and happy person who can communicate my needs verbally.

• DBS needed.
• Car & licence preferred.
• Female preference due to the need for personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good sense of humour/cheery attitude.

Tasks:
• Cooking.
• Cleaning.
• Laundry.
• Help with shopping.
• Reminders to take and reorder medication.
• Occasional transport to medical appointments (pay 50p per mile).
• Help with showering and hair washing.
• Help dressing/with personal care.

I can pay £14.83 p/h for a self-employed individual.

I would need occasional help a few days per month, or longer, like a week or two weeks, if my current carer is off sick or away.

The time of day is flexible, and I can work around you.
