Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the group leader from booking until the trip's conclusion. Schedule and book concert and rehearsal venues appropriate to the ensembles, visits, and activities. Assist with promotion and advertising of performances. Develop a detailed and engaging itinerary based on the group's needs. Ensure all tour elements are booked within budget while maintaining profitability. Communicate with accommodation centres about rooming, meal arrangements, and general inquiries. Update accommodation centres and transport providers on passenger changes, name changes, dietary requirements, etc. Address any queries from group leaders regarding their tours. Potentially serve as a 'Tour Rep' to assist groups on tour. Visit destinations for training, supplier audits, and reviews. Handle booking inquiries via telephone. Work proactively and productively with other departments in the business. Perform other business-related tasks as needed. Potentially attend and present at school parents' evenings, both remotely and in person. Be on call for out-of-hours phone duties while groups are on tour (with additional pay).Skills/Knowledge Required: Experience in the Music Travel Industry, either in the UK or abroad, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge and understanding of multiple destinations and subject areas. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Outgoing and confident personality. Strong communication skills. Positive 'can-do' attitude. High proficiency in written and spoken English (Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent).
