Experience and Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
You will be joining a residential adult care provider that provides a person-centric care approach to those they support. Within your new role, you will be supporting individuals ages 21 and over that have learning, physical and emotional difficulties. Looking for an experienced registered manager to join their dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with diverse needs. As a Registered Manager, you will lead a team of compassionate professionals, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services for adults with various care requirements. This pivotal role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive team culture, and enhancing the overall well-being of service users. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a residential or supported living environment whilst having outstanding knowledge of CQC regulations.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in management roles within the adult care sector 2 years' experience working within a residential or supported living setting. Proficiency in IT systems. NVQ Level 3 Essential or NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care held or in process Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Ability to navigate challenging situations. Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check. Alternatively, hold DBS on the update service.
