The role
Working alongside Operational, Technical, QA and NPD/EPD, you will be responsible for ensuring that new business is delivered effectively across our client’s site, ensuring that the highest levels of food safety, legality and product quality exceed their customers expectations
You will attend customer site visits and customer review meetings, support factory teams with resolving quality/pre-launch challenges, whilst supporting improvement plans at site.
The person
Our ideal candidate will ideally have experience as a Technical Services Manager or Assistant Technical Manager. Customer-facing experience is a must.
You will be passionate about product quality, as well as safety and legislation. You will be a natural coordinator with the ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
