Job Details * Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives * Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance * Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements * Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration * Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies * Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales team, we would love to hear from you. Requirements * Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position * Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets * Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities * Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service * Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships Benefits * Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE+ commission.
