Maintenance supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor | East Midlands & Surrounding Areas) | £42-45 K Base | OTE: £50-55 K | Company Van, Fuel Card & Employment Package | Commercial Environments. Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to work across the East Midlands and surrounding areas (Nottingham to North London). You will be over-seeing an M& E Engineering team who will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across M& E equipment within commercial properties. Package, what is in it for you? * Status: Full time, permanent role (PAYE). * Basic Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 * OTE: £50,000 - £55,0000 per annum * Provided: Company van, fuel card, uniform, phone, pension, flexi benefits scheme. * 33 days paid holiday (25 days + bank holidays). * Paid overtime available. * Training and development - company funded internal and external courses. * Progression - UK wide internal company application system where employees receive priority on all vacancies. Duties: * Over-seeing a mobile team of Electrical and Mechanical (M& E) Maintenance Engineers across a commercial portfolio. * Self managing your diary ensuring you visit each site at least once per month / as often as required. * Ensuring log books, job notes and company CAFM system is up to date and detailed. * Ensuring health and safety policies are always adhered to. * Ensuring the business reaches full level of compliance on jobs completed. * Providing technical support to engineers. * Working hands on as and when needed. * Liaising with the client/s as and when needed. Requirements: * Must be trade qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline (City and Guilds / NVQ etc). * Must have experience working within the commercial maintenance industry / maintaining commercial properties. * Must have a strong understanding of M& E (Mechanical and Electrical Equipment). * ideally have experience working in a supervisory role previously. * Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
