Sous chef

Experienced Sous Chef required for the New Drumossie Hotel in Inverness. The hotel has 44 luxury bedrooms, a 30 seat restaurant and a busy wedding/ banquet hall. You will have the relevant rosette or wedding/ banquet experience. Working with great Highland produce in a good working environment.
