Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Trusts and Foundations Manager to join a dynamic fundraising team. This role is ideal for a determined and results-driven fundraiser with strong bid-writing skills, who thrives on securing funding from grant-giving bodies.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement tailored strategies to attract funding from charitable trusts and foundations.
• Identify potential funders, conduct in-depth research, and craft persuasive grant applications.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
• Proactively seek out new funding opportunities and develop approaches to secure long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to shape compelling funding proposals that align with key initiatives.
• Oversee income tracking, provide detailed reports, and assess fundraising performance.

Requirements

• Strong background in trusts and foundations fundraising, with experience securing substantial grants.
• Proven ability to write compelling funding applications and proposals.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with funders and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
