Your Impact

Lead the charge in media planning, crafting high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive results. Partner with cross-functional teams to bring strategy, content, and creative together seamlessly.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute full-funnel media strategies across social, search, programmatic, ABM, and publisher partnerships.
  • Collaborate with activation teams to ensure seamless execution and performance alignment.
  • Mentor a team of media planners, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Present data-driven insights to clients, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Champion a strategic, analytics-led approach to media planning.


Client Leadership

  • Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative media solutions.
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure seamless execution of media initiatives.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years in media planning, 3+ in leadership.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven success in global, multi-channel B2B campaigns.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn insights into impactful media plans.
  • Leadership: Skilled in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in DSPs, ABM platforms, and social media tools.
  • Analytical: Strong measurement, reporting, and optimization skills.

  • Social Media: Mastery of LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter for B2B.
  • Programmatic: Deep knowledge of DSPs, audience insights, and reporting tools.
