Bespak are looking for a permanent Maintenance Team Leader for the Kings Lynn site. The manufacturing areas areclean, well maintained and ambient temperature controlled. The site is a very safe environment with excellent health and safety processes, this is shown by our current status of over 1,100 days without a lost time accident on our site of nearly 1000 staff.Our generous benefits package includes a salary 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life insurance.Working Pattern Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, onsite role. The salary for this role is between £52k and £57k plus a discretionary annual bonus.The Kings Lynn site has a variety of moulding, assembly, packaging, and cam driven assembly systems. Our moulding machines range from 50t to 300t incorporating automation and robotics.As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of your team, ensuring they adhere to health, safety, and environmental requirements. You'll mentor and guide your team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting best practices. You will be responsible for the performance management of your team, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of key objectives.
