We re on the lookout for an experienced Technical Manager to join a dynamic design & build team delivering major water infrastructure projects. Based near Brighton, with flexible hybrid working, this is your chance to lead high-impact work in a key sector.
The RoleYou ll provide programme-level technical governance across the full project lifecycle from early-stage definition and optioneering to detailed design and construction support. Working closely with clients, designers, delivery teams, and suppliers, you ll ensure innovative, buildable, and sustainable solutions are delivered to time, cost, and quality.
What You ll Need-
Engineering background (degree-qualified)

Strong track record in water sector projects

Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams

Great communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Risk and change management know-how
(Chartered status and joint venture experience a plus)
