Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.   • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, key decision-makers, and emerging opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our recruitment services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and sustainable partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to the management team.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the UK recruitment market and relevant regulations is advantageous.
