The Role And Responsibilities
As the Enterprise Business Change Lead, you will establish and provide a partnering consultancy-led change management service, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and enabling lasting, sustainable business outcomes. You will champion people-centred change, coach leaders to embed new ways of working, lead a team of change practitioners, and support delivery of a world-class change capability across the organisation.
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who
- Has deep expertise in change management methodologies including Prosci, Agile and Kotter.
- Can influence and partner with senior leaders on complex transformation programmes.
- Enjoys simplifying complexity and translating strategy into practical action.
- Has experience embedding adoption, benefits realisation and sustainable change.
- Can coach, develop and lead high-performing change teams.
You Will
- Lead end-to-end business change programmes across complex organisations.
- Design and deliver change plans, training, stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Drive adoption of new systems, processes and behaviours.
- Define and monitor benefits, value realisation and change performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
- Coach leaders and teams to build change capability and resilience.
- Manage cross-functional teams and change networks.
- Navigate ambiguity with strong problem-solving and outcome focus.
- Continuously improve the business change offer through feedback and outcome reviews.
The team
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Change and eVMO, the role sits within the Enterprise Business Change Management Team and plays a key role in strengthening organisational change capability and transformation delivery.
