A family run business to this day after 50 years within business, are a local home-grown success specialising in the bespoke design and manufacturing of machinery within the concrete, construction and environmental industries. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness within the industry through digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, social media (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others) and marketing approaches. Candidate needs to be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role; Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. Identify and qualify potential new sales partners, end-user leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and phone calls. Drive customer engagement. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations. Coordinate follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal & external sales team to identify new opportunities and assist in developing strategies to achieve sales targets. What we are looking for; Ideally a 3rd level qualification on Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on results and timelines.
