Job Description
QA Admin Required.
Padstone require a site based QA to work on a commercial development in Birmingham asap. Overseeing QA forms for room closure.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
Assisting the Operations/site Manager and Quality Assurance Director with responsibilities.
Job spec -
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety.
General business administration.
Assist with compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with internal auditing.
Keeping systems and registers up to date.
Dealing with customer returns / complaints.
Dealing with supplier issues / returns.
Preparing various reports / forms.
Skills and Attributes Required
IT skills - Microsoft Office knowledge would be preferable.
Logical thinker.
Ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Report writing skills.
Qualifications or knowledge Required
Experience of a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
Experience of working to tight deadlines and working in a high-pressured environment.
Skills and Attributes Required -
