Site Manager - Tamworth
Site Manager - a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Site Manager to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to work with a company with a solid repeat client base and track record of delivering Design & Build projects ranging from £5m - £35m across the Midlands.
The initial challenge is supporting a Project Manager to deliver an exciting new development consisting of new offices, apartments and leisure facilities near Litchfield (£15m).

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reporting to a Project Manager on all on-site activities
- Planning and scheduling of works to be carried out
- Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Overseeing Health & Safety on site
Requirements:
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- CSCS CARD / SMSTS / First Aid at Work
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT skills

Salary & Package:
- Salary of £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience delivering Design & Build projects as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contactor.
