Supervisor

Ringway is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team on our DBFO contract with National Highways. In this key role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our highways maintenance and improvement works, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term highways contract, managing a variety of works including capital projects, routine maintenance, and emergency response activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee teams delivering maintenance, capital works, winter services, and emergency response.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise operational teams, monitor performance, and plan training & development with the Area Manager.
• Organise and execute daily works efficiently to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with National Highways, local authorities, and the general public.
• Support plant and fleet management, monitor costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure accurate reporting of productivity, costs, and KPI targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supervising highways maintenance or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and National Highways standards
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workloads, schedules, and emergency situations effectively.
• Experience using work management software for reporting and planning.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
