Administrator in Chief Executive’s Office Salary: £17,400 PA (FTE £29000) Permanent / Part time: 21 hrs Hybrid working: 1 day a week in the office (or more when the business requires) Interview date: In person 15 August Closing date: 25 July at 12pm We are small housing association based in Croydon with big goals, employing just over 50 members of staff looking after 1600 homes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Chief Executive Office team based in Croydon, supporting the Governance Manager/Company Secretary with administrative support for the Board and Leadership Team. What you will achieve in the role: As an Administrator, you will  be supporting and working closely with the Governance Manager/Company Secretary to gain invaluable knowledge around good governance in the housing sector enabling delivery of an effective and efficient administrative service in support of the Board and its committees.  You will support the Leadership team with admin requirements including diary management and planning as well as an active member of ccha’s Wellbeing Committee with offering support and arranging events. What you’ll bring to ccha: Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you’ll demonstrate a commitment to excellent standards, service delivery equality and diversity.   Key skills required: Proficient at minute taking  - strong skill area. Ability to deal with confidential matters discreetly. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with a wide range of internal and external contacts.  This includes effective and diplomatic communication on the phone, e-mail and face-to-face. Excellent organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Forms (SharePoint and Board Portals would be advantageous but not essential). Ability to assimilate information quickly to learn and adapt to new systems. Good command of grammar and attention to detail essential. Good multitasker with excellent communication skills. Positive and Proactive. Emotionally resilient. Having an understanding of GDPR would be essential but these don’t need to be proficient. If you’re interested, please apply via
