Cleaning Supervisor

Major Recruitment are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a growing team with our client based in Brackmills, Northampton. About the role Monday to Friday 14:30 - 23:00 £12.82 Temp to Perm after 13 weeks Basic DBS required Must be IT literate 2 years previous experience in a similar role within the Cleaning industry is required As a cleaning supervisor you will focus on the expected team behaviours for achieving significant results and outcomes for the business. You will act as the main contact between our client and different businesses. You will ensure the cleaning services are managed smoothly by providing on-site directions, guidance training and support to all employees within their area of responsibility.
