About the role: Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to kick-start your career in a supportive and nurturing environment? Join our team as a Nursery Apprentice in Haringey, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a friendly and welcoming primary school setting. Under the guidance of experienced teachers and the EYFS Phase Leader, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to deliver the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage while completing your apprenticeship.

Application Requirements:
• Passion for early childhood education – A genuine interest in supporting young children's development.
• Apprenticeship commitment – Willingness to complete the required qualifications during the role.
• Strong communication skills – Ability to work well with children, parents, and staff.
• Basic understanding of safeguarding – Awareness of child protection and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of the Early Years Statutory Framework, ensuring the needs and interests of the children are met.
• Record and maintain accurate learning journeys for the children and share these with parents/carers.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of the children’s development.
• Act as a key person for a small group of children, supporting their daily needs.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the nursery setting.
