About the Company
Our client is a respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering innovative engineering solutions across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. With a strong and growing project pipeline, you will be involved in a diverse range of developments, including Residential, Retail, Healthcare, Distilleries, and Education sectors.
The Role
- As Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality civil infrastructure designs and 3D BIM models across a variety of development projects.
- Produce detailed 2D/3D drawings and models for drainage systems, roads, earthworks, and civil infrastructure.
- Implement BIM workflows and standards to ensure coordinated, clash-free multidisciplinary design outcomes.
- Support project delivery from initial concept through to detailed design and construction.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient project delivery.
What We Need from You
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, CAD, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working within a UK civil/structural engineering consultancy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience with PDS / CauseWay or MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage is highly desirable
- Understanding of civil design standards, local authority adoptions, and BIM processes
- Clean UK driver's licence
