Senior Linux Engineer

VANRATH are delighted to be working with an established cyber security provider on their search for a senior linux engineer. This is a highly technical position, with a strong background in Linux administration required. This role is covering US team hours between 2pm - 11pm UK time. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations. Promptly troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues. Manage and update cases in a ticketing system, ensuring quality communication with clients and the team. Document all completed work and train support staff on client systems.
