Position - Planning Manager MRICS
Location - Hampshire
Salary £60,000 DOE

We are seeking a skilled MRICS Planning Manager to join our dynamic Development Department. This is a private and confidential role, offering an opportunity to shape and support land acquisitions for our Group. You will play a pivotal role in managing planning applications, liaising with external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the submission and monitoring of planning applications to Local Authorities.
• Research and compile planning applications, appeals, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date planning policies and ensure internal systems reflect accurate information.
• Collaborate with architects and external consultants to support planning processes.
• Represent the company at Planning Committee Meetings, Public Consultations, and other forums.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Planning, Surveying, or Architecture (or equivalent experience).
• Membership with RTPA, RIBA, or RICS.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations and processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
