Job DescriptionA leading international financial services organisation are looking to recruit into their Employee Relations team on an initial interim basis. This is an initial 3 month contract based in London.The main objective is to manage the ER cases and provide advice and support to HR Business Partners and People Managers.Day to Day Responsibilities:Support, advise and coach managers with a variety of employee relations issuesProvide case management of people related issues including absence management, performance management, flexible working appeals, redundancies, grievancesManage appeals from start to finish, documenting everything needed for investigationsDocument investigatory findings and conclusionsProvide advice, support and guidance to managers on applying HR policy and proceduresBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsWork closely with in-house legal advisorsDesired Skills & Experience:Experience working in financial services is desirableExperience working within a regulated and fast paced organisationfull end to end ER case management experienceExperience running employee consultation processesStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience working in a specialist Employee relations role is highly desirableBased in the London office, this is an initial 3 month interim contract to start as soon as possible (pending completion of background checks).
