Join our dynamic and growing team to contribute to the future of electric vehicle powertrains Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Electrical Motor Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for electrical motor design and optimization, as well as a commitment to excellence in product development. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of advanced electrical motors, from concept to production, within a collaborative and innovative environment. Perform electromagnetic and thermal analysis using FEA tools such as Ansys Maxwell and MotorCAD. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to integrate motor designs with a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach. Drive innovation by applying theoretical knowledge to practical motor design challenges. Ensure compliance with project timelines and technical requirements. Required Technical Skills and Qualifications: An Engineering degree in relevant field. Minimum 2 Years Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical motor design, from concept to manufacturing. Proficiency in commercial motor design software, such as Ansys Maxwell and MotorCAD. Strong understanding of the theory and principles behind motor design. Familiarity with motor drive modeling and control (desirable but not required). Preferred Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proactive attitude with a passion for technological advancements in electric vehicle powertrains. Motorcycle Licence and Experience
