About the Role: In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting a variety of legal processes. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage a range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate records.
- Corporate Transactions or Finance Support: Assist with either corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, or support debt-related activities, including restructuring and refinancing, by preparing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Research: Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries and reports on corporate or debt-related matters.
- Communication: Liaise with external legal counsel and internal departments to facilitate smooth legal processes and transactions.
Who You Are: We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. You should have a minimum of one year of experience as a paralegal, specifically focusing on corporate or debt finance matters.
