Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA - Mandarin Speaker

I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a forward-thinking, people-first Technology company in the heart of London, who are seeking a highly commercial and capable People and Culture Manager to join their organisation and lead on all people related matters for the UK and their small EMEA population. You will be required to work around two days each week in the office. The role requires you to support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding to exit processes, as well as provide support on HR, ER, and learning and development matters, as well as partner with Reward manager to review salaries. You will also provide advice and develop employment policies, partner with business leaders and the wider HR team on matters such as performance management and employee relations, and talent development, career frameworks, and workforce planning. You will be the sole HR contact for all UK and EMEA employees, around 70 headcount, with no significant scaling plans. Who you are Proven track record in small to mid-sized technology or media companies within HR Qualified to bachelor's degree level or higher in Human Resources or related Comfortable, and ideally experienced in reporting into US based line management Exceptional UK Employment law knowledge and employee relations experience Strong experience in training and development needs, talent management and retention and engagement initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Forward thinking approach to people and culture Strong commercial acumen with a data driven approach to decision making Collaborative and empathetic approach Delivers an impeccable employee and customer experience The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
