This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to join and strengthen our team. Role ResponsibilitiesCarrying out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and proceduresComply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategiesTake personal accountability for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality StandardsManagement and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handoverEnsuring business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstancesManagement of meetings, taking and preparation of minutesRunning bidding process including managing queries from tendering contractorsManaging multiple projects on ‘LIVE’ operational sitesAssistance with the preparation of contract documentsManagement of multi-disciplinary project teamsCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.QualificationsConstruction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar roleWell organised, diligent, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astuteExperienceNEC experienceFamiliarity with design processRIBA experienceBehavioursExcellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbalExcellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skillsA track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlinesRLB Employee BenefitsOur culture is built around enabling you to fulfil your potential, so you can look forward to benefits that include:Hybrid Working - Working patterns to support your work-life balance.
