Job Summary
JD.com is seeking an innovative AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance our e-commerce and logistics platforms. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI techniques to create autonomous systems that improve efficiency, personalization, and user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations.
- Develop robust agent architectures, incorporating machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques.
- Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
- Conduct research and experimentation with new AI paradigms and technologies to continuously improve agent performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define agent requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Job Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques.
- Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
