Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or Above) Local / Driver Preferred Hours: Full-Time, All-Year-Round (38–40 hours/week) | Part-Time considered Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education We focus on empowering children with real-life skills, independence, and rich learning experiences through play. Manageable Workload: Maximum of 5 key children per practitioner. Guaranteed Christmas Break: The nursery closes for the Christmas week. Child-Centered Focus: Less time spent on unnecessary paperwork, more time extending play and child-led learning. Passion for early child development and play-based learning. Ability to work full-time all year round (part-time hours considered).
