A leading US firm is hiring a Funds Associate (1–3 PQE) for its high-performing, close-knit London team. You’ll be part of an international platform recognised for profitability, progression, and culture – collaborating with partners in New York and Paris on a range of fundraisings, secondaries, and investor-side work.

• Advising on private capital fundraisings and institutional investments
• Leading fund reviews and secondaries negotiations
• Building skills across tax, regulatory, and core transactional work
• Gaining early client contact and cross-border experience

Who we’re looking for

• 1–3 PQE from a City, Silver Circle, or international firm
• Funds experience ideal – corporate lawyers open to pivoting are welcome
• Strong legal thinking, commerciality, and collaborative mindset
