Project Architect – Heritage Specialist
Location: London SE1

They have a great opportunity for Project Architect to lead a project team and oversee the design process from concept to completion on a heritage led project. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Experience in heritage architecture is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth delivery across all RIBA stages.
- Prepare and develop design and technical documentation, including drawings, images, and reports.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring design excellence and bespoke detailing.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 6 years’ post-Part 3 experience, with a strong background in heritage architecture.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong design skills, including high-quality detailing and technical delivery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is advantageous).
- Excellent graphic and 3D design abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, approachable, and a proactive team player.
