Hydrogen are partnered with a large international firm to help them find a mid-level associate to join their Commercial Disputes team. They are widely regarded as one of the top firms in the city for this practice area with a strong track record in shareholder and finance litigation, post-M&A disputes as well as large-scale contractual and joint venture disputes.

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years of post-qualified experience.
• Preference for E&W qualified solicitors, although foreign qualified solicitors will be considered on their merits.
• Excellent training from a top-tier practice.
• Strong academic background.
• Broad exposure to a range commercial disputes, including experience in arbitration and investigations.
