Job Description Site Manager We are working with a Commercial Build fit out and refurbishment contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across Yorkshire and Lancashire. The company provide services to blue chip clients offering a high standard of design, build and fit out projects. The majority of work is across the Northwest and Yorkshire region. They work on restoration, commercial build, refurbishment, industrial and educational projects. The values range between £500k and £10million. The ideal candidate will have a solid working background and experience of overseeing projects of a similar nature. Skills. Duties, Qualifications: SMSTS First Aid Enhanced DBS CSCS Managers card Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project Managing sub contractors Overseeing on site Health & Safety Driving Licence HNC/HND Construction Management Toolbox talks Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders Client facing Setsquare is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
